Yes. The delivery date you pick at checkout is the date we deliver. We will confirm a delivery window with you by [phone or text] beforehand, so nobody is waiting around all day
Foil balloons hold their shape for several days and often longer. Latex balloons look their best for about a day indoors. Keep them out of direct sunlight and away from heat vents, and they will last noticeably longer.
In most cases, yes. Send us your colour palette or a photo of what you have in mind and we will tell you what is possible and what we would suggest instead. Some shades are easier to source than others, so it helps to ask early.
We deliver across [YOUR DELIVERY AREA]. Delivery is [YOUR FEE, or free over a certain amount]. If you are outside that area, get in touch anyway, as we can often still help for larger orders
Yes, on site setup is available for event orders. Tell us the venue and the time you need it ready by, and we will build the schedule around that. For arches, backdrops and larger installs we always recommend setup rather than delivery alone.
Get in touch as soon as you can. We can usually adjust an order up to [48 hours] before the delivery date. After that, fresh flowers have often been ordered in and custom work has already started, so changes get harder.
